dr. birch
Dr. Birch was raised in Green River, Wyoming where he watched his father run a dental practice. He enjoyed watching his dad make people smile and wanted to do the same.
He graduated from Brigham Young University. They moved to Denver, Colorado, where he attended the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center School of Dentistry. He graduated Cum Laude in 2005 and received the Academy of Operative Dentistry Award.
Dr. Birch has been in Grand Junction, Colorado since 2005. He purchased the practice from Dr. Alan Wixom in 2009, opening Aaron Birch Family Dental.
The Birch family enjoys the outdoors, especially water sports, 4-wheeling, golfing, and exploring Colorado's beautiful spaces.
leeann
Ensuring meticulous care for every corner of your smile is Leeann, a seasoned dental hygienist. A proud graduate of Colorado Northwestern Community College, Leeann brings over 20 years of expertise to the Grand Valley community, with more than half of those dedicated alongside Dr. Birch. Beyond the dental chair, she enjoys outdoor adventures: camping, fishing, hunting, and hiking. Leeann has recently embraced a new role, proudly adding "grandma" to her growing resume.
tiffany
Tiffany is a graduate of Northwestern Colorado Community College. Working in this office has been her first working experience but you'd never know it. It feels like she's always been here! Tiffany enjoys all things outdoors: hiking, biking, fishing, and paddleboarding. She loves to cook and bake, too! Her extra time is spent with her husband, kids, a granddaughter, and her dogs.
ashley
Ashley is a Colorado native, having grown up in Collbran on a cattle ranch. There she developed a love for riding horses. She later attended Colorado Northwestern Community College where she completed the dental hygiene program. Ashley loves meeting new people and helping them with their oral health. In her spare time, she enjoys water skiing and hunting. Ashley and her husband live in Glade Park with their daughter.
brittani
Brittani is a Colorado native but received her degree from the Utah College of Dental Hygiene. She is passionate about improving lives through proper dental care. When she's not in the office she's busy raising her 3 children alongside her husband. When she finds free time she can be found playing the viola, violin, and singing. She's also a master on the Rubik's Cube!
lisa
Originally from Florida, Lisa graduated from the dental hygiene program at Valencia College in 2012 and received a bachelors in public health from the University of South Florida in 2014. Her family relocated to Grand Junction following her husband's Air Force service commitment. Before that, Lisa volunteered in the dental clinic and coordinated a weekly running club for military spouses while they were stationed in Spangdahlem Air Force Base in Germany! She has 2 kids and enjoys running , hiking, reading horror novels, and cooking.
shelby
Shelby was born and raised here in Grand Junction, graduating from Central High School. (Fun fact: she was a patient of Dr. Birch's when she was just a kid!) She continued her education locally at InteeliTec College. She's been a dental assistant for Dr. Birch ever since. She is EDDA trained (expanded duties dental assisting) and has extra training in nitrous oxide sedation. Shelby enjoys connecting with everyone and making patients comfortable before and during dental treatments. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors with her family.
allyssa
Allyssa was born and raised in Grand Junction. She received a bachelor's degree from Colorado Mesa University. Allyssa has experience working in the front office and as a dental assistant. She spends her free time with her husband and their toddler. She enjoys golfing and baking, too!
jenna
Jenna is originally from Simi Valley, California but relocated to the Grand Valley. She joined our team in 2021 and is one of the friendly voices you hear when you call to schedule an appointment. Jenna loves animals but especially horses. Jenna loves to spend time with her family, especially her grandson.
nancy
Nancy joined our office and brings many years of dental office experience with her. She has lived in the Grand Valley for the past 30 years. She is married and has three. children and five grandsons. Those boys keep her busy watching sports. In her spare time she enjoys. cooking and crafting.
